I was pondering ideas for the door. Stu and I have tentively agreed upon using sheets of red & black opaque acrylic. The outter border of the existing door would be painted red. 1/4" thick sheet of Black opaque applied over center portion. Red acrylic design applied over Black. (maybe on stand-offs)

Red & Black reminded me of an asian dragon. Stu would like to do something tribal and sent me this circle. (I like it!)

Heres one combination idea. The Dragon's scales and Tribal tips would be cut from an aluminum case panel. Definately turn a few heads

Forgive me Stu, I've forgotton our suite number again.. or is it 228?

I'd prefer having this one laser cut

That 2nd one would be awesome.

You wont just be 'the guys who painted' for much longer

You know that if you havee that ^^ cut from plexi, you have an obligation to the modding community and to yourselves to have it lit up with LEDs.

How about the tribal thing combined with the starburst design. Just make the points of the starburst a little smaller.

And yes, you better put some kind of lighinng on the door. Something that is connected to the interior lights so people will know that when the door is lit, someone is home. And make is sound activated with the sensor in the shop.... ;)

HAHA! Can you imagine the symbol on the door flashing like crazy in tune to Judas Priest.

I think Bill, Stu and Matt will be developing a reputation rather quickly.

yup, were making websites in our Web Page class and we had to write a lil paragraph of what we were doing, (i did modding

) and he had no clue on earth to what that was...it was hilarious, but luckily i can do it! its just hard to make a website...

but yes all those designs are killer bill, but i agree with the suite # one...it looks awesome...but u shuld use some red led's of some sort to glow the door...(it would be awesome if they faded in and out)!!

lol bill, but would u really wanna make it 120mm? be quite small, u shuld make it 20-25cm, yes i said cm..(if u can make em that big) then itll be noticible, especially for the elderly or the ones with eye sight
