Default My WICKED fan grill mod

Case Mod Guide by Mnpctech.com

Laser grill is 80mm, but you must cut 92mm hole in order for rim to sit flush inside hole

The wheels are from R/C Truck. Hotbodies Predators

Fasteners are 2" 10/24 machine screws w/ 1/4" alum sleeves and 10/24 acorn nuts.

The ABS plastic surface beneath chrome finish is a disgusting brown color once you cut it. paint it!

That adhesive glue is from Home Depot. Let it cure for 24hrs. Great product by GOOP brand

Metalcast Purple Aerosol paint.

80mm steel "Biohazard" grill

Removed center of grill

"Predator" R/C Truck Rim by HotBodies

I cut the face of my rim to 1/16"

Prep grill for "Metalcast" paint with 400 grit sandpaper

Duplicolor brand "Metalcast" paint

GOOP brand Household glue

Allow glue to cure for 24hrs

Installed with 80mm Blue LED fan

Thanks dudes!

The original grill is 80mm. The R/C truck wheels are Hotbodie's "Predator"

Dutch is right, this tutorial is pretty much self explanatory ;)

I ordered the "Pro-line" R/C wheel spinner kit (for 2 wheels) today from TowerHobbies

Stationary & Rotating photos

They work with these Pro-line wheels from Tower Hobbies
2664-01 VELOCITY 6 WHEEL
2665-01 OUTBACK TXT-1 WHL
2670-01 40 SERIES MAMBO WHEEL

Heres the stock numbers for your reference.

I'll keep you updated as to how I tackle this mod after they arrive.
