Ok I have setup my system and on CPU and GPU 100 % stress(6 hour)I get 55CPU and 75GPU load Temp. All on stock.
Water Temp peaked at 35. Rad has 4x120 fans all on suck.
I have tryed reseating everything a few times, doesnt appear to be any air trapped, removed my flow sensor as this seemed to introduce air into the loop(dodgy Plug&cool)
Loop res, pump, rad, GPU,CPU.Res
System
A64 3200
DFI UT lanparty 250
6800GT
AquagraFIX 6800
Cuplex Evo 1.1
aqatube
airplex evo 240
Aquastream
Aquaero
Any help or confirmation would be great Ps when I had my AC Flow sensor attached it registered 6 l/min I take it that normal?

I beleive this board has trouble reading the temperatures of some CPU's, please see here (http://www.dfi-street.com/forum//showthread.php?threadid=2305&perpage=15&pagenumber=1) for more help. Flashing it with a different BIOS will likely give different results. Hunt around that forum and you should find some newer BIOS's.

I have tryed 2 beta and 1 official bios, Im a little concerned that the 6800 is no cooler that the artic I had on it, seeing that this is first on the loop. Just need to know that this is the sort of Temps I can expect from this system. If not maybe a hint to where the problem maybe.

I guess you know very well what you are doing so sry if this is obvious to you:
Reapply thermal paste maybe? What are you using? Also (and this is very easy to say of course) how smooth is the block - could it do with lapping? Do you have any additives in the H2O? Also what about exhaust fans?
75 on the GPU sounds a lot...
Good luck

What are you using to monitor the temps?

Also (and this is very easy to say of course) how smooth is the block - could it do with lapping? IMO lapping is another one of the great PC cooling myths out there. Your block needs to have as flat a base as possible, it doesnt matter if its shiny or not. Thermal paste is designed to fill any scratches or imperfections in the blocks surface, making lapping unessecary. If you do lap your block you run the risk of making it very shiny but NOT flat.
A water temp of 35 and a block temp of 75 seems quite a big difference to me. Its probably an inaccurate reading.

75 on the GPU is crazy. I get better temps on the original cooler (and better temps on the original than on an Arctic NV5). Currently idling at 54c, and never goes above 65c.

Ok I idle @ 54 try using Rthdril 1.2 (google for it)Then get back to me. NOTHING stresses your GPU like it. You can run Nvidia temp reading and program at the same time.
Im using AS5 and yeah tryed a few applications/reseats. I tryed using Sensors with aquaareo but they failed to work due to being crushed once the block was placed (according to AC you cant put the sensors under blocks DOH) So im using DFI own software and the GFX comes with on die probe. Fan are 2 pasat and 2 ada on 100 % suckiing.

btw you do know that these GPUs only start to throttle about 120c ?
With that test you've asked me to run, I stabilise at 78c after 20 minutes.

75 on the 6800's is normal. My BFG model ran around there and a little higher on load using that RDRIBBLS thing.
And my gigabyte mobo reads temps much higher than the ABIt board. Right around 11*C higher to be exact with the same cpu, cooler etc.

Yeah I got 75ish with an artic, thought water would be lower thats all. My first water setup so was expecting a little better

Mind you that 75 was with prime95 on max heat test for 6 hours so I suppose its not all bad :D A very warm room as well. bloody Mrs thinks we have shares in British gas
