Need help with Logitech Quickcam and Vista

My quickcam isn't picking up any sound!!! Mic is working i know that its just a problem with vista. Have tired sorting out by following the steps shown here:

unfortunatly, for some reason, vista won't install the drivers at step 5. Does anyone know which of the dll's i need so i can install them manually?

If not, doesn't anyone know a better way to fix this problem, help needed urgently!

Unfortunatly for many, Logitech have been more than slow developing drivers for Vista. And in many cases without the very latest cameras from them, the camera will not work.
