I have been using an aquastream pump for almost 12 months.
Booted system the other day and a bad growling noise was emitted from the system and i noticed that the pump controller was indicating an error had occured. Took side off computer and it was coming from the pump. Thought it might be the impeller so i tried it in a 1046 i have and it ran fine, the impeller from the 1046 fitted in the aquastream made the growling noise. The only thing i can think is that a coil has gone down in the pump or the controller has failed.
I have tried to mail Pug but from reading the threads i have deduced he is having personal problems. I have mailed aqua Computers but as of yet not recieved a reply. Has anyone any ideas ?..

Any one that is intrested, the aqua stream pump has a 2 year warranty via aqua computers.
I have been informed via mail that if i send back the controller and pump to them not only will they repair it they will upgrade it to the latest firmware while it is there.:)

Sent my aquastream back to Aqua Computers and it was back with me within 6 days but it got damaged in post, only the gray front cover and the yelow back cover.. Contacted Aqua computers and the sent out the damaged parts FOC, The controller was replaced and was upgrader to a version 2 with 1.07 firmware the only cost to me was the postage back to germany..

Back up and running now and all is sweet as a nut.:)
