Just about to instal my new set up soon and was wondering what is the best way to make sure the tubing going from block to block that will be covered by the out silent box is not leaking.

I thought about putting hte back plate on and removing the main part of the box till I was sure there was no leaks but then the drives will not be secured to the case. Any ideas?

What I've done is the pressure test. Hook up the block to block connection and screw in the fittings (mine are barbs at the moment). Press very hard over one of the fittings on the cores while blowing as HARD AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE into the other one. If you can't feel a pressure drop or hear a hiss, you're golden as far as the blocks are concerned. The only thing you have to worry about is the connections to the other parts of your loop (the 2 external fittings). I figure the blow test is probably WAY more pressure than any normal WC loop willl ever get in it - so if it doesn't hiss, it won't leak. this has served me well for the whole 2 times I've done it :D
