Windows Update Killed Internet and Active Sync

Hi;
Internet working Internet stops - after running a Windows XP security update issued 07 07 08 I could no longer access the Internet and could not access my Pocket PC using Active Sync.
I managed to do a system restore but a have noticed a couple of other problems, just before I did the windows XP update I updated Adware and now that has corrupted.
Any ideas - searched MS Web and there are no reported problems!!

I think the latest update has issues with Zonealarm firewall, are you running Zonealarm by any chance?

Thanks for the fix, the link says tha the latest version of ZA will not be afected so I`m downloading that and will turn Auto Updates back on and see what occurs.
