I got the Koolance Exos for cooling off my 2.8Ghz processor and it hardly helps. I have the chip running @ 3.16Ghz @ 43.5C, WTF!? I can't think why it's not running cooler? I got the coolant from Koolance, but should I have bought it somewhere else? Is there anything I can do to squeeze out a couple more degrees?
And now I have bubbles in the reservoir. Where did they come from?

Bubbles in res mean you have a leak somewhere or that you havent properly gotten the air out of the system yet.
Second the Exos isnt exactly a performance unit.... You can improve things slightly by leaving the fans at the highest speed settings but outside of that not realy a whole lot you can do without some serious modding.

and that's really loud. I'll have to change it from Air Force One to Air Force One's engine!

Just to update this, my pump stopped working. When I opened the unit, the radiator was real dirty and one of the hoses had partially melted on the internal heatsink. I replaced the tubing and bought a new res/pump combo from Koolance. I also turned one of the top fans so it would be blowing down on the radiator and gave it a new grill.
I plan on adding some lights to it in the future.

With the modifications I'm getting temp of about 27C.

The Exos is supposed to be self contained, not self exposed.
