Looking to spend 100-180 bucks on a cooling system. Any reccomendations?

Thermaltake big kit is in that range and performs quite well.
Asetek and swiftech have kits in that range as well..

Personally I'd skip the Thermaltake. Go for an Asetek Waterchill kit with the Antartica block. That offers really good performance and comes with everything you need. They also offer ait with a dual or single rad and a choice of the Hydor L3- or L20. The kits sold in the US are 10mm ID, so anything could be added or used with it.
Swiftech has a few nice items as well and uses 10mm ID.

Aseteks are good ones for beginners to start with and then as you go on you can replace parts of the kit with better ones.

US! And yes I mean watercooling. Could you name specific models for me? I'm a newb at watercooling.
