I need your help, I have a Thermaltake Xaser III (blue case) with duel blue neons, 3 blue case fans and 4 white case fans. I've just got a blue sleeving kit and UV blue molex plugs on the way.

I think this is getting to plain as they are all the same colour and i want to brake up the case a bit. What colour would you go with? i was thinking about maybe green. Would you get green molex plugs and ide/SATA cases and keep the fans?

LMK please :P

Thanks :)

Hi m8

My xaser 3 used to have yellow wires and they were pretty good looking things if i had of sleeved the thing better i suppose it could of been really nice.

Anyway, i would recomend that or the silver i am curently using it clashes well because the case allready has silver parts etc, i think it looks really nice imo..

Try not to add any stray colours like orange i would say though because it will look out of place and after all the idea is to 'hide' the wires not make them stand out i thinks..

That said, good luck!

*rarrrrrrrrgh*

Here comes the cable tidy monster!

Sleeving WILL NOT MAKE YOUR CABLES ANY TIDIER.

It will make them look nicer, but they'll still be messy and nasty. Concentrate on routing and tying the cables up neatly first, and THEN cut out anything fixing them to the case, sleeve them, and re-attach them to the case as before.

I've seen countless "I've just sleeved my cables look how neat it is" posts and thousands of drones praising it, when the mess is still there, and I've had enough :)

It's not hard, just try a layout, see how you like it, and see how it can be improved. In some cases of really complicated wiring it's taken me 3 or 4 attempts to get it so that I'm happy with it, but it's all possible!

Ok m8

No offence here but u may aswell pull EVERY single thing out of there and get a soldering iron out.. Because you cant make a nice wiring job with that many 'stray molex's'

Simply because with that many they are going to need tucked here and there and then you will think to yourself its a bodge lol.. ur pretty much in the same boat as me i will see if i can dig up some pictures of computer progress and wiring managment see what you think.. give me 5 tho

Well m8 i have the older pictures but sadly the old cd with pictures on is pretty much destroyed. I got no chance of showing you how messy it was, but can possibly show you what improvments i have made and how 'akky' of a job you CAN do with braiding and make it look worse if not better.
