Hi yanansi, thanx. Welcome to WizD.

What I think you're after is either a 120mm tank-cutter or a holesaw & arbor for a drill.
I checked out Screwfix (http://www.screwfix.com/app/sfd/cat/cat.jsp?cId=100220&ts=91216) as they have some of the most reasonable UK prices I've found for decent holesaws but they don't appear to have much close to the right size. <_<

If you can't find a 119 or 120mm, aim for something around 117 to 121mm if you can.
Failing that, you could always mark or scribe a 120mm circle and cut freehand with a jigsaw or dremel if you have one to hand (which is normally what I do), then clean up with a file afterwards.

CoolCaseMods (http://www.coolcasemods.com/customer/product.php?productid=251&cat=35) sell hole saws in all the relevant computer sizes ;)

Everyone always seems to say that coolcasemods has the hole saws in the exact sizes.
Dont you think it's more likely (since i havent found any holesaws yet that match fan sizes exactly e.g. 80mm, 92mm or 120mm) that coolcasemods just take out some of the uncertainty by saying you need this size for this hole etc etc. I think they will more than likely be the same sizes as those found at screwfix and im pretty sure that screwfix sell at a better price too.

Surely that would be false advertising?

I will send them an eMail later to confirm...

I dont know for def. but i've not found hole saws in those sizes.
Aslong as it does the purpose - and dont forget that being on a modding site it is in a specific context here... i.e. making holes for fans 80mm, 92mm and so on,

They're advertising the holesaws for cutting the appropriate sized hole for the relevant fan. So in saying that the holesaw is 80mm or 120mm they're simplifying the situation for anyone who may not be sure about the correct sizing.
At the end of the day, a 76mm holesaw pretty much makes just the right sized hole for an 80mm fan.
