Heres a new case I started. its from one of those funny shaped compaq persarios with the weird front bezel so this is what I am doing to it

when I finish with the bezel I will get some pics of the mobo side theres a nice polished aluminum cross held in by polished stainless buttun head allen screws

star the foam is going to be the structure for fiberglass see I have to raise it around the drives to make the drives flush so I'm fiberglassing over the foam

The mouse the mouse the mouse is in the house!!!! I know cheesey well I got b&d mouse sander and I love it:D that thing is a little power house it sands stuff so good (especially bondo fiberglass and body filler) now the level has been raised on what I can accomplish. "I love it" - Jordie Flex

Clever use of the foam and fiberglass. never would have thought of that as a substrate.
