Here's what I did to my case.

I then started by adding a blow hole to the front. Later I'll add a rubber edging to it to cover up the rough edges.
http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/blow_hole1.jpg

And I created a tunnel with a couple of old 80mm fans and spray painted them chrome.

http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/chrome4.jpg

Then I put 'em all together and did...

http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/dark_tunnel.jpg

Then I added some diamond plate steel on the right side. Plexi will go on top.
http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/right_steel.jpg

Then I used chrome paint on the inside of the case.
http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/1chrome_inside.jpg

And prepped the steel to cover the drive bays.
http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/chrome_bay.jpg

The I added the new Power supply.
http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/with_pwr.jpg

And cut a hole in the diamond plate steel on the right side so you could see the PSU.
http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/right_pwr.jpg

Then I made a grill MOD with thin adhesive foil for some of the fans with the Counter Strike image.

http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/1grill_mod2.jpg

Here's the front after I added the Stealthed CD/DVD drives. I'm still waiting to put in my LCD.
http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/with%20drives.jpg

I bought the Koolance Exos for this computer, but got the black one. So I painted it to match my case.
http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/silver%20koolance.jpg

I'll be hiding a lot of the wiring with this conduit cable that I got at Lowes.
http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/loom.jpg

Here's my window before pic.
http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/window_before.jpg

I wanted to go with silver, so I sanded it down and....
http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/Lside_after.jpg

Same thing with the right side. I sanded it down and added a sticker to it.
http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/flag_panel.jpg

I will be using the Koolance on this system as said before. I gave it a 24 hour test run and got....
http://img14.exs.cx/img14/5083/koolance_on.jpg

I did more work on the right panel too.
http://img35.exs.cx/img35/8867/panel_fans.jpg

http://img13.exs.cx/img13/8171/panel_fans2.jpg
http://img39.exs.cx/img39/3488/panel_fans3.jpg

I'm still not done with this panel though.

I then mounted the koolance exos on the case.
http://img22.exs.cx/img22/9282/with_kool.jpg

And I installed the heatsink.

http://img22.exs.cx/img22/4607/chip_kool.jpg
http://img22.exs.cx/img22/4503/reservoir.jpg

Then I tried using a small piece of acrylic for the air plane but I think it looked worse.
http://img22.exs.cx/img22/6021/acrylic_hole.jpg

The only thing left is to work on the right panel with the tribal flag.

After I mounted the drives.

Below is the Hard drive temp.
http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/new_front1.jpg

The Koolance shows the processor temp.
http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/new_front2.jpg

And inside the left panel. You can see how I used more diamond plate steel to cover up the drive cages.
http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/newlights3.jpg
http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/newlights1.jpg
http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/newlights2.jpg

Then the right side without the panel which I'm still working on.

http://www.oneimagehost.com/files/new_rside.jpg

And this is my finished product, minus the panel I'm still trying to find time for...

Hi mate

I like the work you have done here...

I have pulled my exos from the origional metal unit, the actual shell which is aluminium, this means i have the casing and the front peice spare, it has no use and i would be happy to let you have it maybe we could arrange something? Its in really good shape etc...

PM me if you are intrested

(Sorry if im breaking the rules but ummm its taking up loads of space and i really dont need it around the house)

Nice mods i love the phat tubes inside :)

This case is finally done. I've since finished the crashed plane look on the Koolance's front, added handles to the drive bays and completed my work on the right panel. All I have left is to finish painting the HD cooler bezel to match the case.

I've since upgraded the CPU from 2.8Ghz (533 fsb) to 3.2Ghz (800 fsb)

And I upgraded the video card from a 128MB 9700 pro to a 256MB 9800XT

Today, I got a new US flag fan grill for AF1 and I love it!
