I've been really surprised at the lack updates in the past few days. BOO!!! :huh:

I did just buy the EUFA Euro 2004 and now I need to find some batteries so I don't have to use the keyboard and I can feel the joy of having a Logitech Wireless dual analog controller. Console-dom here I come!

Heading to Detroit for a week with Work so i wont be around as often as I normally am.

On a plus side I finally got around to getting Doom3 and discovered it will run on my laptop (Ok no bells and whistles) So i can get a few hours of gaming in on the flight.:lol:

My net connection is always giving me probs - remember that mail I got about DSL being available? Well, mebbe next year but it ain't yet. :(

Kids have been here a bit over summer hols, so they get a bunch of my time when I can spare it (although Harley's been relegated to playing with a calculator this morning to get his daily techno-fix :o ).

I'm in court Monday, {probably the last time for a while as I've lost a lotta hope for getting a residence order but have at least got a contact order (which I hope to get extended and parental responsibility, which I had to fight for)}.

I've also been working quietly on a couple of high profile projects with a few people and designing a new "Ultimate Set" for the PC boys' challenge (shh, ;) )

Been doing a bit around the house too, for what it's worth - boarded out the loft and stuck a bunch of old stock and storage boxes up there, which freed up a room for Harley to have his own room instead of sharing with teh girlz. The girlz' room has been redone with a triple bunk/futon too (and cleared of about a dozen bin-liners' worth of old toys :eek: ).

Oh... Mez had a Birthday the other week too, so a day was lost to the evils of Champagne and strawberries... :D

Lotsa other stuff going down in real life and the e-ther and with any luck, an old mate (Squelch) who I managed to reestablish contact with after a year and a half will be up to stay next week.
This is the guy who gave me a lot of the wherewithal and impetus to start WizD in the first place - I can almost guarantee there will be positive results from us getting our heads together again. ^_^

'Part from that, I could go on but it'd take me away from other things, so I'll bugger off and get on with it again. (Mind you, I could stop for lunch for a change... ;) ).

Don't worry guys, I'll be back in full effect when a few more of these things are put to bed. In the meantime, go check one of our latest reviews, eh?
