Yes, that. Today just happened to be beautiful. I don't think i've seen a day this nice in august before. I took a walk to the student union from my building and took in the scenery. Its quite "hot" if you get my drift.

You know damn right.

I just talked to the machinist guy.. long story short I can use any of the machining equipment (bridgeport mill, giant band saw, mini-lathe, full size lathes) and he'll teach me how to run it same as he does for the grad students who are fabricating stuff.

Here is where I work: www.mri.psu.edu in the materials research lab building :)

I spent a while working in Athens in '92 and it bloody rained torrentially and even snowed once (for the first or second time in about 15 years)!

Cold? Here? I couldn't sleep for sweating last night and could have filled a bucket with the stuff walking back up the hill from the PO yesterday! :rant:

Still, I'll put my envy back in the box with the sun cream where it belongs and just hope you have a wicked time. ^_^

Well it's been nearly as hot back in England only there's not much sun here and it keeps raining. Still, I look tanned compared to most people :lol:
