Upon opening the package i found inside

AND

I have then unpackaged the aquatube
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v406/Richman/at_unpack.jpg (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v406/Richman/at_unpack_big.jpg)
Upon contruction of the aquatube and baymount i was finally presented with this
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v406/Richman/at_in_mount.jpg (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v406/Richman/at_in_mount_big.jpg)
I have a question tho, when i was screwing the aqua tube to the bay mount i got the screws as tight as possbile but the res seems to wobble a bit in the mount. Also in the box with the aqua tube there was a little rubber ring, iam not sure if this goes under the plexi glass window or what could someone fill me in please.

There you go chief. A new thread, old one locked and gone. Next time you make a major project change, just start a new thread please :)

Sorry Star i thought it would be best to save space and use the current thread i already had.
Any way i have unscrewed all the screws and screwed them back in it would seem that they go in till some kind of "locking" point becuase after this point it is hard to turn the screw anymore. So iam thinking that there is ment to be a little bit of wobble it isn's a great amount anyways.
My new case will be here tommorrow so i will get the aquatube fitted in and get some teaser pics. Also i will do some mod designing ;)

Hmmm, my AT mounts solidly onto the plate with no wiggle http://wizdforums.co.uk/images/smilies/confused.gif
But as long as you're sure it's stable then I guess it'll be fine :)
The red AT looks slick, I've not seen a red one in "real life" (photos from users as opposed to the AquaComputer shots)
Are you gonna be putting an LED in that?

Are you gonna be putting an LED in that? Yep a UV Led is going in their i forgot to order that when i ordered the At i will order it when i get my rad :)
Hmm iam worried now why my RES dosent sit in the mount. The little screws are for the plexi window and the long ones are for the res to fix to what ever you want correct?

I thought the long screws were for the lid because they have to go through the thick acrylic. And the short ones were for going through the much thinner metal.
Why don't you try swapping them and see if it makes a difference.

That would be the rubber O-ring, theres a small groove running around the top of the Aquatube where you place this, and then put the plexi window on top of this - It's to stop leaks btw.

Hello all a small update for you.
Today the case arrived to i spared no time in getting the aqua tube in their to have a look what it was like actually sitting in the case. The only problem with the chieftec cases is them damn drive rails. Trying to get them even on both sides so that aqua tube would sit flush with the rest of teh bezels was a bit of a pain bu i got their in the end.
Any ways here are some pics i managed to grab before the battery died in my camera.

I have come up with a window design which iam going to have cut by Custom Water Jets! (http://www.customwatercuts.com/index.php) The Design i have chosen is below.
http://www.nexuslabs.co.uk/images/Flame_Skull.jpg
I got this from google (http://www.geocities.com/ism_designs/index.html) there is a disclaimer on the site which says:
Feel Free To Use My Drawings For Your Own non-Comercial Projects, please give credit where credit is due, don't claim other peoples work as your own. ENJOY!!!!
Iam going to get this cut but there is a $15 charge to get the design made in to a cad file for the cnc to read which is a bit poor but you get that back.
I will be shipping this to america to get it done, it is the same place mcpctech has ahis waterjet cuts done.
Let me know what you think.

Cool design
Keep in mind, it won't neccessarily look like that once transformed into sillouette (http://www.mnpctech.com/w.Dragon1.jpg)

Is'nt there anybody in the UK who can do that?

Who says they have to be in the UK? It'd be some fairly serious time investment on my part, but I could do it (adobe illustrator trace style). Now if you coupled that siloutte waterjetted into the panel with some plexi etched by www.pc-windows.net then you'd be REALLY kickin it. Two part designs rock.

It just seems a bit much to send a panel all the way to the US to get it water cut when there might be a local company that can do it.

No i was referring to the art design. you'd definitly want it cut in the UK.
