Window Help

Hello all hows things these days. :) I was just woundering if someone could help me out. I have decided that for my new case iam going to cut a custom window based on this:

Now then i need to try and get this onto a psd so i can see what it will look like on the case and also enter it into my case log for others to see ^_^

If someone can help me get this onto a psd i would be more than happy.

Cake. You sure you want PSD and not a scalable format like EPS?

Oh. wait a sec. Am at work and do not have Adobe Illustrator to do EPS.

Load layer 2's transparency (ctrl+click on the layer) and use it as a mask (may need selection invert (ctrl+shift+i)) on your layer.
