I'll never buy from Ebuyer again. They pissed me about when I ordered £800 worth of goodies and kept sending me the wrong items (three times they sent out the wrong chip), and refunded incorrect sums. Two weeks later I finally got refunded the correct amount and ended up ordered the CPU from the good folk @ Scan.co.uk who managed to send the correct item for next day delivery.

Then my PSU blows up and Ebuyer tell me that its more than 10 days old so its not their responsibility. I had to get someone from the Hiper Group to contact Ebuyer to tell them to sort it out. Now, three weeks later Ebuyer have decided they will pick up the PSU, but they tell me they wont change it as it has to be sent off for warranty repair :huh:

Ebuyer are incompentent idiots.

lol ... I had exactly the opposite experience - found Scan to be incompetent idiots on three separate occasions and vowed never to use them again. I've bought tons of stuff (almost literally) from Ebuyer and never had a problem with them .......:confused:

Ebuyer are certainly poor in terms of returns, but then anyone buying a hiper psu is asking for trouble :-p

Can't argue with their pricing, and like Olly, I've heard bad things about Scan.
