Surprise, surprise!!!

One of my buddies invited us to dinner tonight, but when we walked in, it was clear that I was set-up... it was a surprise party for my 50th birthday.

So why post this here? Well, besides the band, walking stick gifts, tons of good friends and awesome food, a special person showed up. I got a signed copy of a 1:18 scale diecast of the Pierson Brothers coupe from Bobby Pierson himself. :o

Because I collect diecast 1;18 hot rods, this one is certainly special. Having Bobby there to sign it was even more special.

I'll post a few pics from the party after they're developed.

Yah, I got me a rugrat... 11 months old. I figure I'll be using a battery powered chair when he graduates from school... :blink:

I get in the door tonite to kyra running down the stairs naked saying "LOOK HOW HIGH I CAN BOUNCE!!!!!!!!!" her mom was supposed to be shuffling her off to tubby and then sleep, boy was she wound up.
