Ok - I'm looking around to order a 6800GS AGP card, and can't seem to find many e-tailers that have them in stock. I know that they have stop production on this card and am looking to get one while I can. The only 2 places that I have found with them in stock(and a reasonable price) is ZipZoomFly.com(at $238 for the eVGA 6800GS OC ed.) and Mwave.com ( at $199 for the BFG 6800GSOC) Now, I've never used either and am looking for your opinions on them, and wich card I should get. LEaning twords the BFG because of the LIfeTime Warranty, but the eVGA has better clocks.
HELP!!! :toast:

Ok I placed an oder with Mwave lastnight for the BFG 6800GS... this morning I get an email saying that my billing and shipping address didn't match what the credi card company had on file so my order is pending... and I check and they are now out of stock.... WTF!?!?!?!? I never had an problems with anyone! Newegg, PerformancePC's, eBay... COME ON! WTF!?!? I went over to ZipZoomFly and they are now out of stock as well - so I'm pretty much SOL on this, unless Mwave still has mine sitting there with a pending sticker on it. ARHHGGGG!!! I'm so pissed! and I can't seem to find anyone else that has one under $250. F*&%!!!!

oh I know - it just that I've ner had this problem with anyone before, and I find it really strange. PLus I really havn't been having the best week, somethings that are personal that I'd rather not talk about. Just needed to blow of a little steam - and Mwave was the target.

If both addresses are on file with your CC company, there should't be any issues. If not, then they'll take their sweet time if at all.
That OOS could simply be because you bought the last one
If you think about spending $238 on a 6800GS, go for the 7800GS instead, it's only $50 more.

Everywhere that I've read reviews, the 7800 isn't that much better than the 6800, mainly because its a PCI-e board with a bridge chip to convert to AGP, and in some cases the 6800 is faster than a 7800. So I'm sticking with getting a 6800... plus - I plan on upgrading sometime next year.
And I'm waiting for mwaves responce, arrrg.
