I read the thing about him on the Sharky Extreme forums and then an article about him on Toms Hardware Guide. I thought the guy would go into hiding after he was exposed, ie: none of his testimonials and claims are real, but here he is, still showing his stuff off to the world. The guy seriously cracks me up. Take a look at his webby, I've been wondering if it's nothing more than a joke designed to piss us techies off or something, cause he can't be serious. I also like how he takes a basic page from the MS webby and then signs Bill Gates name on it and addresses it to himself. Reccomended for lots of laughter, but nothing more. ----> Follow the Yellow Faced Smiley...

Another example of how any fool can start his own business. Just look at mnpctech.com & WizD:huh::lol:
When my biz was up and coming I'd hear awful stories about http://www.hansansystems.com (http://www.hansansystems.com) (must have finally gone under)
And theres an Airbush artist that paints cases. I think his resellerrating were so bad he asked to be removed.

:EDIT:
lolCheck this out: Fastest Processor - Intel's Pentium 4 3400MHz 'E' Processor
Sorry AMD...your FX-53 isn't powerful enough!
This schmoe is telling us that his P4 Prescott can trash AMD's FX-53. Look at this one: http://www.michaelscomputers.com/sysmark.htm
I wonder where he gets his numbers. If you find the article about this on Toms Hardware Guide, a reviewer goes to Mikes house and chats with him. The reviewer smartly asks Mike to step outside and records him, go DL that. It's bizzare. The guy seems to believe what he says. So, if you check all his references, none will have any idea who he is. He recently did change the page a little bit. He used to say that his computers were "instant". Stuff like loading times etc were non-existent. "Combining this fantastic card with the amazing Intel Pentium 4 'E' 3400MHz processor AND the dual SATA-X RAID drives, there will be absolutely NO slow down!! And never again will you have to face the worst game dinosaur ever - the "Still Loading" screen that so many gamers get stomped over because their machines are SO SLOW!"
It is frightening that anyone can start up something like this, and the people who know nothing about computers are easy prey to his trap. The only thing I think is fishy is that either he has this as a joke, or no one has been ripped off or ripped off enough to complain.

its the 8 year warranty that gets me lol. It would be worth buying one so that when your top of the range graphics card is obsolete you can claim its brocked and get a current model. ;)
The only (real) company i've seen that offers a (genuine) comparable product is savro computers (http://www.savrow.com) but theres stuff costs the same as a small car! Mind you they upgrade you everytime a better component comes out :D

You just have to dig SavRow's choice of: "hand plating", "triple coat paint" and "optional bespoke leather trim".
I remember that article on Tom's, I believe Michael was claiming his machines could get 30,000 or 40,000 3dmarks at the time.

That place it nuts.
Yep he was, amoung other things.
Alienware has a new line of "ultra ultra high end water cooled computers of doom" comming out, they just happen to use Koolance for the cooling. Yep, water, and they have that "we did it first" attitude. The case is Koolance, to the letter. Rather amusing too. I can't stand overpriced system builder, especially when they think that cause they can do it, they are the best. Most of those outfits don't know doodie about hardware either. I will zip my fingers up now...

The SavRow site is something else! I recond they might get somewhere with that approach. getting into the FT magazine is deal on for what they're doing and the site looks the part.

I liked this part -
Processors are only 10 percent of a computers total performance. More importantly are video cards, memory and hard drive storage selections
So with this logic, I could downgrade a P4 3.6 to like, a Pentium 90, Id lose nothing on performance since the processor is 10% of performance no matter what. What a world we live in!
After seeing this site, I should have zero trouble with my up and coming business. If this guy can do it Anyone can.
