I would love to W/C, but I dont liek the sight of the normal tubing in a case. As long as it doesnt leak of course, cause I use say1/2" copper or SS tubing bent to conform to the case chassis, so basically the majority is running along channels at the top/bottom/back of case?
Hope that made some sort of sense, but if I need to sketch it out (pencil and paper here XD ) I think I can manage that.

You can hard plumb it if you like. JaguarKing11 has posted some pics here of his loop(s) that he did with copper.

If you do use hard tubing it would be sensible to use a small peice of flexible tubing before it connects to your waterblocks. This will make placing the blocks easier.

Im in the process of hard lining my whole setup. DB is correct btw. A 1inch pice of regular tubing streched over the copper and over the fittings should make it comform the last fiew mm of space that is hard to get 100% precise.
It also helps to mock up the cut parts before sweating them for fine tunning purposes.
If you need a referance a small led pencil line can give you exact angles across fittings.
And remember to use plenty of solder on the joints as that will eliminate leaking. And dont worry about cloging the tubing as any exess will drip under and out the tubing and not in the tubing, assuming your using standard fitting types and tubes.
I know that sometimes leaves an unpleasent look so your option is to keep a damp rag handy and wipe out any ecess. Then sand the joints to your desired look. Or just be realy carefull.
My little experience bag shared with ya. Hope you go hard lined too. It looks awsome. And if you do I cant wait to see your take on it.

Wasn't it Risky that first turned us on to Alphacool's copper piping?
Are you (Risky) using it?

Yes i believe it was! (at bit-tech).
I have some, but i havent used it yet. Its black PVC on the outside with a copper lining. It may even have a PVC inner liner again, like a copper sarnie.
