What's distributor more light?
Neon or El Cable.

There is such a difference?

Im guessing ny saying neon, you mean coldcathode??

cold cathodes are brighter, and give out more light than EL.

EL wire is used when you want flexible lighting, or some thing not so bright.

so, cold cathodes give out more light.
