One of these days you need to do a case w\ realistic flames. I think they are quite possibly the baddest ass looking things ever, but that's just me :)

These look great, the symetry is pretty impressive!

Is that powder-coating on the chassis again? Looks almost anodised in that shot.

I suspect its just me, but I really don't like chrome LED holders. Messes up otherwise clean lines. No insults intended though, its still top work.

I plan on drilling 1/2 way through my acrilic front plate and using fiber optic cable for my indicator lights. smooth surface, very little to no hint that the indicator is even there until it turns on.

Superb work once again.

Really want one of those hole punchers any chance of some dimensions and it's generic name so I can spend a few hours of futility trying to find one in the UK? I looked up the manufacturer you mentioned before, but was unsure what tool you were using. I think it's for punching holes for pipes isn't it?

I used something similar years ago when making a custom dashboard for a mini... the old boy who lent it to me termed it a "tank-cutter" if that helps.

@mnpctech - Yum. :cool:

Cheers Pug, have heard of those before. I'll have a browse around.

/Edit: Nope, don't think it's a tank cutter, doesn't look like any of those I've seen.

It's a sheet metal punch. Now to find one big enough.:wacko:

Personally, i'd be rather reluctant to take on a Panzer w/ one of these

mnpc, I've been meaning to ask for a while... what do you use for those cones on the fan rotors?

mnpctech

R/C prop spinners. You can get them from local Hobby shop

I get mine from http://www.carlgoldbergproducts.com

Does this mean youre actually doing some modding? ;)

FYI: The Deuce was shipped to it's new owner 2 days ago. Hes one lucky SOB!
