I am new to modding and will be doing some aluminum and acrylic cuts and was wondering what you guys thought about a rotozip instead of a dremel

and do they make holesaws that are near 92mm?

Yes they make holesaws that are near 92mm Roughly 3 3/4inch sized. A rotozip will work just fine to cut acrylic and plastics. But not work very well to cut metal.

Don't repost questions Payne280. fivecheebs answered you already in your other thread (http://www.wizdforums.co.uk/showthread.php?t=2932)

3.5" hole saw is the closest fit.

You can find all of these holesaw sizes in Home Depot's TOOL section or online tool resellers

120mm = 4.72" buy 4.5" hole saw
92mm = 3.62" buy 3.5" hole saw
80mm = 3.14" buy 3" hole saw

:huh: :no:

I guess if you have a zip mate (the little grinder attachment) you could, but its not going to be very accurate.

I own a rotozip. And I forgot about the grinder atachment. But honestly I have a nice grinder made by millwakee so i never bothered geting the atachment.

No need to be sorry. I understood what you were saying. And I should have remembered the atachment for the rotozip, but sometimes things skip out of my mind I guess.Good advice though.

I think I am just going to invest in a dremel

and for the plexi just get a coping saw, which should make some pretty clean cuts
