Admins/Mods: I wasn't sure where to put this so if it is in the wrong area, feel free to move it. :)
I have been using a cd to layout holes for 120mm fans forever it seems like and then using a fan gaurd to mark the holes for mounting the fan. Since MNPCtech likes to show off his fancy dancy big hole puncher I decided to try and be somewhat creative. I took apart a 120 fan I had and laid it on my scanner. After messing with the settings (dpi, etc...) I finally scanned it into photoshop and got busy with it. I now have a template that prints out exactly the size of a 120mm fan that I can use to mark the middle hole and the four mounting holes. I wasn't sure if anyone else might be interested in the template, but if you want to have a go with it and check it against other fans please feel free to! It would be nice to know if it matches up to all fans and prints properly on multiple computers.:)
