Well, I was just chattin' to a mate of mine from uni' who is now studying for his BVC (Bar Vocational Course) in London, and he was telling me he just bought himself a new motor.
Now, when you consider that he only bought himself a Celica GT4 at the start of the summer and he just told me his new car was even better, I was a little sceptical, afterall, he's only the same age as me for gawd's sake.
Anyway, here's what he got http://wizdforums.co.uk/images/smilies/naughty.gif
That's right, he now owns a classic Lamborghini Miura GTA http://wizdforums.co.uk/images/smilies/grin.gif
I'm waiting for him to email me some more pics since he only had that one saved on his phone. The car is in pretty good nick but the interior needs gutting and he can't spend as much on it as he'd like atm.

Hmmm... somebody's pulling somebody's leg... that's an early '70's kit car named "Sterling", with a Volkswagen powertrain... :wiz:

Spotted Dutch. :D
Was it the exhaust, lenses, Wolfies or the fact that the Miura isn't a gullwing that gave it away? :wiz:
:slap: <- fill :-p
(although admittedly, I was close to posting a "Wow!" before examining the pic properly :inno:)

The exhausts look dumb.
Most of 'em'd normally be covered by a bug's rear valance but yeah, needs a stainless system really.

The tail lights are the most obvious to me, though I don't know much about this car, but they just looked wrong for a Lambo'. If you compare it side by side with some proper pics of the Miura it becomes very obvious very quickly that they aint the same beast. http://wizdforums.co.uk/images/smilies/grin.gif
Ahwell, I got Pug going for a few secs and Kev for 1/2 a sec (Though I reckon I had him for at least 1 whole sec' http://wizdforums.co.uk/images/smilies/wink.gif) so that's me amused for a few days - back to my hole. http://wizdforums.co.uk/images/smilies/ph34r.gif
