I was planing on building a clear plexi case from scratch...just working on the drawings right now...I was wondering, would it be better to have the mobo upside down, and on the other side of the case...like how this Lian Li (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811112085) case is? Or should I have it the normal way?

Or should I have it the normal way?I like the BTX/WTX style build for many reasons -
1. It puts your CPU in one of the cooler zones of the case.
2. Condensation/leaks are directed away from your GFX card (for those venturing beyond the dewpoint in temps).
3. Most people aren't doing it. :-p

Welcome to WizD, btw. B)
