:p
Here's how to make an excellent chocolate mousse cake:
For the biscuit base you need 6 oz (175g) Digestive biscuits crumbs
and 2 oz(50g) melted margarine mixed together and put in a greased 8 ins flan tin.
Chill in the fridge until set.
Now for the chocolate mousse.....
Melt 4 oz (125g) plain chocolate.
Get the yolks of 3 eggs and 1.5 tbs of water and put in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Whisk it until the yolks thicken then......
Add some of your favourite liqueur, I used Southern Comfort. and whisk it again until it is pale very thick and bigger, take it off the simmering water pan.
Mix with the melted chocolate.
Whip up 8 floz (250ml) double cream with 1 tbsp caster sugar and fold into the chocolate mixture then put it in your chilled biscuit base.
And Finally, whisk up your 3 egg whites with 2tbsp of caster sugar until stiff and grate some chocolate and put it on top of your mousse cake. Chill in the fridge until set.
LOVELY.... :D
(See attached photo)
Alternatively, for the really lazy, melt a bunch of mars bars (or similar) in a bowl over a pan of hot water and use that as a quick and easy filling instead.

Here's my recipe:
Beans on Toast:
Get Bread and throw in the toaster on Number 2 or desired amount.
Chuck beans in a microwave dish for amount of time as listed on can.
Pour over nicely toasted hot bread
Eat
Throw plate of the table in disgust that it was such a crappy meal and walk to Pug's house for some chocolate moose cake. :p

1. start by getting some ice cubes
2. ad ice cube to cold water
33. mix 4oz plain flour with one egg and enough of the cooled water to make a batter, try and leave some lumps in the batter mix (this will make a nice chrunch)
4. cut 2 banana (you know what I mean lol) long ways so you have 4 bits
5. heat a deep fat fryer throw in a piece of bread if it takes about 30seconds to go a golden brown its hot enough
6. throw the bits of banana into batter mix and carefully throw into fryer cook untill golden brown,
7. drain on a bit of kichen roll or bog roll which ever is closer, LOL
8. serve covered in honey, or golden syrup
gurt lush my lovelys!!
health warning!!!
TURN OFF THE DEEP FAT FRYER

Mmmmm........ intersesting combination!
How's about using chocolate bars instead of bananas ?
:)
If you happen to be the lucky owner of a sandwich toaster try this.............
You need:-
2 slices of bread (brown or white)
butter or margerine (for spreading)
1 king-size Mars bar
Spread your butter or marge on your bread and put butter side down in your sandwich toaster. put your Mars bar in the middle of your bread and close your sandwich toaster and wait (the most difficult part of the recipe) until ready.
But careful as it will be very HOT!
ENJOY.

1. get a six pack of mars bars
2. melt the lot in a bowl over hot water.
3. peel a bannana
4. dip the bannana in the melted mars mix
5. repeat untill the mars mix has gone (and its the size of a small country)
6. dip in batter mix
7. deep fry untill golden brown
8. LOL
9. heart attac!

;)
mmmmmm...........Good combination.
My latest munchie craze consists of a large packet of Peanut Cookies accompanied with an enormous mug of Hot Chocolate.
WARNING!
Due to the addictive nature of the cookies it s adviseable not to purchase more than 1 packet of these cookies, failiure to do so could result in people not coming in the same room as you!

For no reason, I'm reviving a "totally dead thread" by adding something I'm going to make after seeing it in a food catalogue (you know the ones with expensive treats, assorted meats and crappy caviar):
Cheesecake Lollipops!
Here they are in the catalogue: http://www.normthompson.com/jump.jsp?itemID=9383&itemType=PRODUCT&path=1%2C2%2C8%2C64%2C300&iProductID=9383
Anyone want to give me pointers about how I should go about doing this? My first idea involved buying cheesecake and manipulating it onto a stick.

Crepes!
"French" style with oranges and a rich orange sauce. "Swedish" style with ligonberries (I think I got that right). Oh man! Luckily they're available at IHOP - International House of Pancakes.
I bought a 6" New York style cheesecake for $17 and it was worth it. MMMMmm, the bakery at Whole Foods (they also only use wind energy) rocks!

Well ill add my own midnight munchie recipie.
Last nite I felt hungry so I made bean dip a lil past midnight.
First took beans from a can and washed the liqid off them.
Stuck them in a blender. Then add some water (1/4cup +salt+peper+olive oil+vinegar) Then blend into paste.
Freely apply on chips or toasted bread and munch away.
You should have seen my fathers face when he woke up and found me shaking a blender to get the beans blended.
Bon apetit.
