Just got a few basic questions I would answering, before I take the plunge and pour water into my system.

I'have had a few different views off differnt people, some say, the water should go to the reservoir first, then to the cpu, ie: cool the water first. Others say it should be pumped stright to the cpu, then cooled once its done its job... Any advice on this?

For reservoirs that have two outputs, is it mad of me to assume that you use a "y-spitter" to give the pump one feed, then split it again when you get to the CPU? (Ill be using a RBX AMD Brass Top, so it has two inputs).

These may seem like daft q's but id like a little advice.

Thanks in advance,
Boff

The order of your system isn't too big a deal. Whatever fits best would be better. For an RBX though I suggest going something like RES -> RAD -> Pump -> Block -> RES. The reason being the RBX favours higher flow which will be best straight after the pump.

Also the RBX has a single inlet and ual outlets. You then use a Y-splitter to join the outputs back together. The reason for this is so that the greatest flow goes straight to the centre of the block, directly over the core, and then it spreads out evenly over the rest of the block because of the two outlets.

And ask away wiht any other questions you have. We all have to start somewhere B)
