I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm talking mince (wouldn't be the first time) but if you pace the ends of the tubing in v hot (boiling?) water it should soften down enough to get it into position.

10 points to Dave! :D
Dip em in boiling water for a few seconds, slip on and leave. Jobs a good un!
ok sounds good thanks for the help...
but im still confused as to where to start everything is ready to be put in but in still have to cut the tubing to length and put every thing in...
one of the bigest things ther makes me nervus is i only have a limited aobut of tubing and i dont want to screw it up so what should i do?

Just put everything where you want it, but don't add water yet. When everything is positioned where you think it should be, start to set everything up by adding the tubing, from one part to another. That should give you a feel for how much tubing you'll need. After you have the tubing set up and clamped, you can start to add water and circulate it, while checking to make sure there are no leaks. You will probably need to use the paper clip trick to power the PSU w/out powering the other parts. Do that by... Uh, is it by sticking 1 end into a black wire and the other end into a green? Maybe soem one who remembers how to do it can answer...

20 seconds in the boiling water is my magic number.
Here's the PSU jumper trick:

You had to make that explicit? :D
But yes, the paperclip trick is: connect the green wire with any of the black wires. The PSU will switch on and stay on until you break contact again.

oh dear...
well i will order a new hard drive (i would soo much rather have it die of old age)
and i will try again this time using a diffrent path for the tubbing but honestly my sig describes it best...
and if i cant get it in this time i will be more than willing to sell this entire setup to anyone who wants it.
also i got a nice big gouge in the bottom side of the water block and i bee the hell out of the radiator...

I suppose that's a reason I  my little tubing.
How'd you break the hard drive? Did you take out the computer hardware first, or did you put the Water Cooling parts in on top of the computer hardware? If it's too crammed, you could ressurect your cube mod, but make it only for the water cooling.

^ what he said
always do that! or you get left over with loadsa short pieces, and a long span with no tubing :(
ive personally ditched big bore 1/2" for 10mm, as i find it performs better, and looks better
ive got 10m of uv green tubing and 10m of uv transparent, think ive got enough to last me a while :D but heres a tip, ALWAYS remove cd drives and hdd's while modding, and why do you all use the psu? if its a 240v pump, just plug it in!
if its a 12v pump, just get a lil 12v psu (ive found SO many from say phones etc etc, and solder a molex to it, and plug it in :D bam, job done, sorted!
if you have trouble either bending tubing or getting it on a barb, just get some warm (or boiling) water, and leave it in there for a few minutes, and bam youve got some nice flexible tubing!
pug, its bugging me, what bike is that in your sig, it looks like a japanese chopper (or a bespoke) due to the large what looks to be either a v4 or v2 with downswept pipes! tell me please!
im guessing v4 due to the pipes from the front head and back head (duh)
dammit i want a chopper!
