Damn that must have been a brown pant moment for sure.
I remember reading about a a porsche getting wedged under a land train in Aus but sounded more like an urban legend.

Truck and fender bender. I think thats how you would translate it into American.
Funny stuff though, would have been scary in the Smart car though. Oh and Smart cars aren't that laughable on the motorway. They can actually go quite fast, although they won't be any good in a big crash.

I have redneck tendencies and I personaly would never buy a or drive anything thats under the 2L range. So a truck like that hitting me would would get a blown radiator and posibly a startled driver.

I was driving back home from Edinburgh airport one night and there is a very fast stretch of road between Perth and Dundee. I was cruising a long at 90 and a smart car went slowly past with its tail pipe glowing red hot. Its a bit worrying when you saw how they go around corners on top gear. I.E. they dont.
They also had one on 5th gear doing crash tests and smart cars are actually very tuff and resilient. They were crashing it so hard that they said the occupants would have been killed by the impact but the passenger compartment remained intact.

lol  If you die, you'll be perfectly preserved in your own custom Smart Car shaped coffin.

Plus when you get bored of the colour you can return to the dealer for some new panels!
He added he had felt a slight bump, but said he thought he had simply driven over a stone in the road.
