Is there anyway i can mount 2x 80mm fans at the rear of a chieftec without using the fan cradle/ holders. The holes just don't line up atm :rant:Why do i get the feeling i should've ordered 2x 92mm fans instead

Cut out the perforated grills and drill new mounting holes.

I'm not sure if it's worth painting the fan holders instead  Any pictures of this mod?

They look like this (http://prudhoe.codeword.com/mnpctech/AlumFilter/wb.Lowerfilter.jpg) ..correct Leeum?
Got a dremel? Just cut out the factory grill where its attached to the chassis. Line up your fan and mark off the four mounting holes, grab a drill and have fun.
You don't need to cut out the grill, but less bypass noise and better airflow. "Its a good thing Leeum"

It is a good thing, so much so i've already done it ^_^ I've decided to use the fan cradles aswell, painted them silver. All explained in the next update. Thanks again Bill :)

Also if you want some more room on the inside and if you want it to look cleaner mount the fans on the outside. It won't hurt your airflow.
