Aquastream base plate hole pattern

Hi,

Does anyone know what these dimensions are? As I recall there are four slots in the plastic base that are used for mounting. What is the diameter and spacing of these slots?

The slots are rounded, overall length a shade less than 15mm by 4.5mm wide.

38mm between the pair of slots each side and 62.5mm between sides.

Hole centres appear to be 54mm (2 1/8") lengthways and 67mm (2 5/8") across.

I hope this makes sense.
