Fitting Help

I'm about to order some fittings from Airlines. What i need is 1/2" BSP to 1/2" and 1/4 BSP to 1/4 hose tail barbs in nickel plating. Airlines only sell them to 12mm, will that be ok for 1/2" tubing?
Another thing, they'll fit if they're BSPT won't they?

Umm, fit what? :p

12mm's ok for 1/2" OD. If you mean ID, you'll definately want clamps on there (whereas for OD, I use zip-ties).

Pretty much all the stuff in here needs BSPP (parallel thread) by rights.
You might get away with but need PTFE tape and a keen eye to avoid damage to your components.
The only thing I ever supplied taper-fit as an alternative for was the original Airplex Classic, fwiw...
