Hi,
Iam planning on ordering my case and having the 120mm hold cut into it before it ships. What i would like to know is would a 120mm hold in the top of my case be ok to hold a radiator I would also have a fan attached and a grill on the visible side.

Yep, it will hold allright. I've got an Aqua Computer Airplex EVO 240 cut into the top of my aluminum case with no problems, and I've had this configuration for over a year and a half now.

Just a standard 120mm hole?

I have a standard 120mm hole works fine. At some point i'm going to re-cut it with a jig saw to match the AC grill as i dont like seeing the round hole under the square grill.

Depends on what you want. See below.

I cut mine to match the AC grill, for the same reason you've stated.
