If that's what I think it is (can't be arsed to check the linky on this machine, damn you 64K) then the chap is using a triple stage cascade from Chilly1 and an LGA 775 3.6 Ghz P4 (Prescott)
Proves the scalability of the Prescott architecture!
Most I've had is 4.8Ghz out of a 3.4 PGA 478 Prescott
Is it a question..

Isn't the record 8Ghz for the fast CPU. I think it was like with Xeon or one of thoughs 64-bit intels before the 6xx. What was the name, itlexxxxxxxx I thinks something like that.

I think the record is like 7.8ghz now and there is a guy who runs 5.6ghz stabley for everyday useage with a phase unit.
Also the 400fsb barier has also been brocken by the same guy who runs his 5.6ghz beast. He runs 400mhzx4=1600fsb with a 14mult as pressys are unlocked. He uses ddr2 at even looser timings but his fsb is skyrocketed.

Hipro5 of Greece is the record holder for FSB I believe (the 400 Mhz you mentioned there was achieved on a set of PC2700 he had modded) and he did that on his board. This board started life as an Abit IC7 Max 3, but it has been modded so heavily it can almost no longer be recognised.
Also, IIRC the current record is either held by one if the crazy Japanese blokes, or Macci & Stilt from Akiba PC (for single core/single CPU Pentium 4 anyhow)
5.6 Ghz was achieved using an LGA 775 setup cooled by a Prometeia 2 GT btw, a company called Extreme Cooling Technologies took control of the deceased nVentiv assets last year and they were showcasing the tech for the revamp.
